At Custom King, every order is made specially for you — with personalized designs, sizes, and specifications. Due to the nature of our custom-made products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the design has been confirmed by the customer.

We encourage all customers to review the design, size, and details carefully before confirming, as production will begin immediately after approval. If there are any concerns or changes needed, please inform us before giving final confirmation.

If you receive an item that is incorrect due to our error (e.g. wrong size, wrong print, or defective item), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you accordingly.
